Terms and conditions for booking models

  1. Agency fee
    An agency fee of 20% will be added to all job rates, unless otherwise agreed with an agent at Cooee Kid.
  2. Working hours
    A full day is a 6-hour period and are charged as soon as the 5:th hour begins. For weekdays between the hours of 18:00 and 06:00 and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays a 30% unsocial working hours supplement is charged.
  3. Health and safety
    The client must comply with all health and safety regulations on set required by law.
  4. When working in Sweden, the customer pays travel and accommodation including taxis. When travelling by car, mileage will be charged according to current tariffs: www.riksskatteverket.se. If the model has a long journey a travel time allowance may sometimes be charged. For assignments outside Sweden the customer pays a subsistence allowance in advance according to the Swedish government standards that apply to that country, this will be added to the invoice. Flight, boat, or train tickets and the cost of hotels, taxis, luggage and vaccinations are paid by the customer. When the agency makes travel arrangements these are invoiced at cost plus a service charge based on 10% of the agency’s expenses.
  5. Client cancellation
    Cancellation of confirmed model within 48 hours of call time will be charged at 100% of the agreed job fee. 50% will be charged if cancelled within 7 days prior to the job. The client will pay for any related costs that has been confirmed prior to cancellation, such as flight, accommodation etc. 
  6. Agency cancellation
    The agency will be entitled to cancel a booking for any reason prior to the booking date without liability to the client. the agency will take all reasonable steps to provide notice to the client if such event occurs and will offer a substitute whenever possible.
  7. Usage
    Usage rights are limited to the rights specified and agreed with Cooee Kid and may not be extended nor exceeded without further negotiations with the agency. Cooee Kid has the right to use all material featuring a model represented by the agency for the agency website and social media, unless otherwise agreed at the time of the booking.
  8. Invoicing
    Invoices are to be paid within 14 days of invoicing, unless otherwise agreed with the agency. In the case of a client failing to pay the invoice before the stated due date, an additional late payment fee and a yearly interest of 10% will be added to the invoice.
  9. Insurance
    Models whose engagement is invoiced by Cooee Kid Agency a cost for model insurance is charged. The fee is SEK 30 per model and booking for work in Sweden, and SEK 300 per model and booking for trips abroad. These models are thus insured against accidents in case they are injured during the engagement.
